Current website setup

The public LUMORA website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising or profiling tools. Therefore, no cookie-consent banner is currently displayed. Only technical mechanisms and user-requested preferences needed for the website or its expected functionality are used.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user's device by the browser. Similar mechanisms, such as localStorage, can be used to remember settings selected on a website.

Not all such technologies require consent. Consent is generally required for technologies that are not necessary to provide a requested service or functionality expressly chosen by the user.

2. Language preference — localStorage

When you select EN, PL or PT, the website stores the value “lumora-language” in your browser's local storage. This allows the website to display your previously selected language on a later visit.

This is an interface-personalisation feature directly resulting from the user's choice. The information remains in the browser until it is removed by the user, site data is cleared or browser settings are changed.

3. Sanity Studio /studio

Sanity Studio is available at /studio only to authorised people who manage the website. Sanity may use necessary authentication and security mechanisms when an editor logs in and uses the administration panel.

These mechanisms relate to the administration panel rather than ordinary use of the public LUMORA website by clients.

4. Contact form, WhatsApp and external services

The contact form is handled by Formspree. LUMORA does not use the form to track user behaviour across the website.

The WhatsApp button is a link to an external service. Once you leave LUMORA and use WhatsApp, cookies or similar technologies used by WhatsApp / Meta may apply under their own policies.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information required to deliver and secure the website, but LUMORA does not currently enable marketing or profiling Vercel tools on the public website.

5. No advertising or analytics trackers

If LUMORA introduces technology that requires prior consent in the future, it will be prevented from running until the user makes a choice, and the website will be updated with an appropriate consent mechanism and an updated Cookie Policy.

6. Managing browser data

You can delete cookies and website data, including localStorage, at any time through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting technical website data may mean that certain preferences — such as the selected language — are no longer remembered.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the website's functionality changes or new analytics, marketing or other technologies that store or access information on the user's device are introduced.
